Citizens Banking cashes in on spend management
It's a bank's job to help customers save their money. So it only makes sense that a strategic sourcing organization at a bank should have particular expertise. At least that's the thinking Anders Lillevik brought when he joined Citizens Banking Corp. in Flint, Mich. in 2004. Today Lillevik is the vice president and director of corporate procurement at Citizens.
