Collins and Aikman Plastics, a subsidiary of Collins and Aikman Corp., will acquire Kigass Automotive Group, an automotive interior plastic trim products manufacturer based in England. The purchase will allow Collins and Aikman to offer a full range of engineered interior trim products, including door panels, consoles, instrument panels, and climate-control products to automakers with manufacturing sites in Europe.
