Cell Phone Sales Drop

Nokia says weak global consumer spending will weigh on cell phone demand through 2009. The world's largest mobile-phone maker expects 1.24 billion cell phones to be sold worldwide in 2008, but for 2009 it expects volumes to be below this year's level.
