WHAT IT MEANS:As supply expands, prices still come down, say the London-based Societe Générale nonferrous analysts. They say the zinc surplus will continue to grow as production will rise 18% between 2006 and 2008, a view that's broadly in line with the International Lead and Zinc Study Group's recent projection.
