Con-way sells expedited business

Con-way has sold its Expedite and Brokerage business to Panther Expedited Services. Con-way Brokerage, a separate operating division involved in asset and non-asset based truckload sales, will remain with Con-way as part of the Con-way Transportation reporting segment. The move is a continuation of Con-way’s strategy to hone its businesses and reshape its brand. The company recently rebranded under the Con-way name from the former CNF name.
