NEDA names new officers
Brian McNally of Arrow is named NEDA president

At a recent board meeting, the National Electronic Distributors Association (NEDA) announced its 2009-2010 board of directors. Past President Frank Flynn of Sager Electronics passed the gavel to incoming President Brian McNally, Arrow Electronics.
Michael Knight, TTI, Inc. was voted president-elect and will serve as chair of the planning committee for the 2009 and 2010 NEDA Executive Conferences. Newly elected distributor and manufacturer directors include: David Doherty, Digi-Key Corporation; Todd Farnsworth, Carlton-Bates Company; Jeff Newell, Texas Instruments and Jeffery Thomson, ON Semiconductor. Re-elected to second terms were: Lee Davidson, Allied Electronics, Inc.; Perry Fox, Tonar Industries, Inc.; Eric Max, The Genie Group; Glenn Smith, Mouser Electronics; Eric Sussman, Molex, Inc.; Diane Sweeney, Newark Electronics and Walter Tobin, Future Electronics.
