Business Conditions Dive

Purchasing's monthly business conditions index dropped to an all-time low of 25.6 in November on an index where 50.0 and above shows growth. That's even lower than the previous low 33.0 reading during the March–November 2001 recession and the lowest since the survey index was revised in January 1996.
