Import prices rise

Foreign supply is no longer a bargain: A government report on import prices shows that the cost of foreign goods rose 2.8% in March. So, in the last 12 months, import prices are up nearly 15%, the highest year-over-year increase since records began in 1983, the Labor Department says.
