Applied Industrial Technologies to release new MRO catalog
New MRO products catalog bring more than 40,000 parts to MRO buyers

Applied Industrial Technologieshas updated its product catalog, combining its Applied Maintenance America and Fluid Power Connection catalogs with more than 10,000 new products. The industrial distributor, which is based in Cleveland, will issue the new catalog in July.
Applied combined the two catalogs in response to requests from customers and MRO buyers. The 07/08 Applied Industrial Technologies product catalog offers nearly 40,000 parts from more than 100 MRO suppliers, including 20,000 bearings and power transmission parts and almost 9,000 fluid power products. The catalog includes these product lines:

"Our goal is to offer the most comprehensive MRO supplies catalog available,” says Tom Armold, vice president of product management and marketing. “We’ve captured Applied’s growing product line in this new master catalog and on our expanded website, plus we stock most of the parts at our service centers for immediate pick-up or next-day delivery.”
A 42-page technical section features formulas, conversion tables, fluid power and troubleshooting guides. A complete service center directory is listed in the back of the catalog. Users can order products by calling Applied at 1-866-351-3464 or by stopping at one of the company’s many service center locations.
Applied’s website lists more than 500,000 parts. A new “browse and buy” feature allows web customers to place orders without opening an account. Inventory and delivery information is also available.
With more than 450 facilities across North America, Applied Industrial Technologies offers more than 2 million parts. In addition, Applied provides engineering, design and systems integration for industrial and fluid power applications, as well as customized mechanical, fabricated rubber and fluid power shop services.
