LG Display, Chunghwa Picture Tubes and Sharp will plead guilty and pay $585 million in criminal fines for conspiring to fix prices from 2001 to 2006 of LCD screens used in computers, TVs, cell phones and other electronic devices. All agreed to cooperate in an antitrust investigation headed by the U.S. Justice Department under a plea agreement that was filed in federal court in San Francisco.
