On-demand software firm Procuri has acquired TrueSource, a spend intelligence software provider. Procuri plans to repackage the data cleansing and analysis tools from TrueSource as Procuri Analytics, which will allow users to classify and cleanse spend data.
AMR Research’s Mickey North Rizza said, “Procuri is most definitely on the expansion kick. The deal should give Procuri users vital spend analysis tools as it rounds out a strategic sourcing suite.”
Procuri has also struck a partnership with supplier management software provider SciQuest, allowing users of both suites to have access to the other’s.
