Digi-Key, APEM ink deal

Digi-Key will carry APEM Components' line of switches under a new global distribution agreement.
APEM products stocked by Digi-Key will include pushbutton, toggle, rocker and joystick switches along with other switches in a variety of circuit types, termination options and current ratings. The products are featured in both its print and online catalogs.
The new distribution agreement will enable Digi-Key, based in Thief River Falls, Minn., to fulfill both the design and production quantity needs of its far-reaching customer base.
APEM, based in Haverhill, Mass., is one of the world's largest manufacturers of switches and switch panels with manufacturing facilities in North America, Europe and Asia.
APEM designs and manufactures switches for industrial automation, telecommunications, off-highway, military, marine, automotive, instrumentation and medical applications.
