Graybar relaunches graybar.com

Graybar has updated its company website, graybar.com.
In addition to providing online access to products and services, the new site allows users to manage their business with the distributor according to their own preferences and schedules.
As such, Graybar added several new self-service features to the site, including:

Pricing and availability, quotes and order placement.

Product catalog with advanced search and refinement.

Personal account information on past orders, invoices and quotes.
-
Capabilities to integrate with internal procurement systems.
“The re-launch of graybar.com is about providing our customers with a tool that makes doing business with Graybar even faster, easier and more convenient,” says Dick Offenbacher, senior vice president of sales and marketing, electrical at Graybar in St. Louis. “Our online channel is designed to complement personal service and enhance customer relationships.”
He adds that the company already is receiving positive customer feedback, and account managers are reporting increases in requests processed through the new graybar.com, because of the site's intuitive format.
