Digi-Key signs deal with Alpha & Omega

Digi-Key and Alpha & Omega Semiconductor (AOS) have signed a global distribution agreement.

Alpha & Omega Semiconductor is a fabless semiconductor company in Sunnyvale, Calif. that develops leading-edge analog power management solutions. AOS offers power MOSFETs, power ICs, and transient voltage suppressors that incorporate advances in device design, silicon and packaging technologies. AOS’ products are used in ever-increasing performance and power efficiency requirements in high-volume consumer applications such as portable and desktop computers, digital cameras, cell phones and LCD panels.
