Om Mandhana has been named vice president of procurement at Ispat Inland, a steel manufacturer headquartered in East Chicago, Ind. Mandhana previously served as managing director of Ispat's Mexican line pipe operations. He holds a BS in commerce from the University of Rajasthan, India. Mandhana replaces Michael Rippey who has been named vice president of finance, and CFO of Ispat Inland.
V.Clark Hamerly has been named corporate director of logistics at Marmon/Keystone, a distributor of metal tubular and bar products headquartered in Butler, Pa. Hamerly previously served as traffic manager for the company. He holds a degree from Chabot College.
