Before its sale to Ariba, e-auction provider FreeMarkets released its ES 4.0, featuring expanded decision management tools and more robust supplier relationship management capabilities. For its part, Ariba unveiled three new products to its Enterprise Spend Management suite: Category Procurement, Contract Workbench and Settlement.
