Newark InOne acquires R&R

Newark InOne, a small-quantity distributor of electronic components and test equipment, has purchased R&R Instrumentation and transferred all of its business and employees to a new division named Newark InOne Services.
R&R is a regional distributor of test equipment and panel instruments headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with complete calibration labs in the Denver, Phoenix and Nashville areas. Paul Tallentire, president of Newark InOne, says no other electronics distributor offers "our range of brand name test equipment combined with value-added calibration services that meet or exceed industry standards." He adds that the "convenience of one source for sales and calibration service" further enhances Newark InOne’s offerings to customers. Newark InOne's test and measurement offering includes manufacturers Fluke, Tektronix, Agilent, Rohde & Schwartz, Amprobe, B&K Precision and Meterman.
