Digi-Key will sell U.S. Sensor Corp.’s line of thermistors, thermistor probes and assemblies under a global agreement recently signed by the two companies.
Digi-Key, based in Thief River Falls, Minn., will offer U.S. Sensor’s thermistors, including through hole and surface mount parts with several initial resistance ratings. Other products offered include inrush current limiting thermistors and thin film resistance temperature detectors (RTDs). U.S. Sensor products will be featured in both Digi-Key’s print and online catalogs. This new distribution agreement will allow Digi-Key to fulfill both the prototype and production quantity needs of its diverse customer base. “We are very pleased to add U.S. Sensor to our line card and are certain its products will be of great interest and appeal to our customers,” said Mark Larson, Digi-Key’s president and COO. U.S. Sensor is based in Orange, Calif.
