    WHAT IT MEANS:The biggest declines came on the Northern border, where crossings into the U.S. from Canada were down 10.1%. Crossings from Mexico were down only 0.3%.

    WHAT IT MEANS:That number may have it bottom in April at 12%, indicating that transportation service providers are beginning to push some price increases in select modes and lanes.

    WHAT IT MEANS:While warehouses remain full, this metric has dropped 5% in the past month, indicating inventory levels are coming down gradually.
