Terms & Conditions

By booking your place at this event you are entering into a binding agreement. Please note that payment is still required for any booking that is cancelled after the cancellation date. We will confirm your booking within two working days. If you do not receive confirmation within this time, please contact us to confirm your booking.

You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for traveling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible event cancellation or postponement. In any event, the conference producer will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages, etc.

Cancellation by delegate

To cancel a booking you must submit written notification to Kathy Becker FAX 303-265-3030 or by email kbecker@reedbusiness.com Fifty percent of your conference fee will be refunded if cancellation notice is received by August 14, 2009. No refunds will be given after August 14, 2009. Substitutions will be allowed any time prior to the conference start date.

PLEASE NOTE it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers to alter the venue and content, or the timing of the program.

Cancellation of the event

In the event that the Smart Sourcing Summit is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the organizers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the event and all these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.
