Effective January 1, Dow Chemical boosted off-list prices for Versene, Versenex, Versenol, and Versenate liquid chelating agents by 3(cent)/lb, not to exceed list price. Products affected include: Versene 100, 100XL, 100#EP, 100SRG, and photoelectric products; Versenex 80, and CSI; Versenol 120, and Versenate PS and SI. Dry products will increase by 8(cent)/lb, covering Versene 220 crystals, Versene acid, and Na2 crystals. In addition, Dow boosted tags for all grades of Methocel cellulose ethers by 5%.
