CAPACITY CHANGES

Engelhard Corp. will expand the organic pigments portion of its Louisville, Ky., plant. The expansion will be completed in late 1998. Engelhard will also add new production facilities for Attagel 40 and 50 brand gellant thickeners to its Quincy, Fla., plant.
