National Office Buyers Inc. (NOB) has become Business Product Group International's eighth partner. Mission of the Indianapolis-based consortium, David M. Guernsey, chairman, says, is to help member groups and the dealers they represent--compete more effectively against the growing presence of large multinational superstores, corporate stationers, and direct mail companies. Birmingham, Ala.-based NOB has 287 dealer members in 47 states, including Alaska.
