Chrysler Corp. completed a $90 million upgrade of its Belvidere, Ill.-based plant, which produces the Dodge and Plymouth Neon. Company officials say the investment, which was split evenly between installing a new stamping press for body panels and an anti-chip paint system, demonstrates Chrysler's commitment to the small-car market.
