Cooper Industries Inc. will purchase the intool division of Global Industrial Technologies Inc. intool, which manufacturers pneumatic and electric assembly tools, precision drilling equipment, fastening systems and portable tools used by OEMs, will help bolster Cooper's line of industrial power tools and equipment.
