Have plastic resin prices dropped too far? Buyers looking at hdpe, PP, ldpe, vinyl, and styrene year-end price drops can probably relax a bit. Producers are still doing well at controlling their costs. Still, don't rule out a slight upward correction by the middle of the second quarter.
