Keep your finger on office vacancy rates

By Staff -- Purchasing, 3/26/1998

Keep your finger on office vacancy rates. They're still dropping and aren't likely to bottom out much before the summer. Lowest vacancy rates (under 7%) are found in these cities: Austin, Boston, Minneapolis, Nashville, Orlando, Portland (Ore.), Salt Lake City, St. Paul, San Jose, San Francisco, and Seattle.
