Ashland Chemical has purchased the flexible packaging adhesives business of Century International Adhesives and Coatings Corp., Columbus, Ohio, and acquired H&N Chemical Co. in Totowa, N.J. Ashland will operate both businesses as part of its Specialty Polymers & Adhesives Division.
