Hydrochloric acid joins "the group." The usual suspects of short supply have bubbled up again this month, including titanium dioxide and caustic soda. But, hydrochloric acid also has been reported short by a number of buyers. Other items named include: MRO items and production parts, chlorine, fatty acids, and phenol.
