Ricoh Corp. has centralized business support functions for its printer and scanner products at its North American headquarters located in New Jersey. "Our customers will directly benefit from this strategic organization of our sales, marketing, and service capabilities into one location," says Peter Takata, group vice president, marketing, Ricoh. "Essentially, this move translates into improved, more timely, and more comprehensive customer support for our growing peripheral product line."
