Eaton sells suspension group

Eaton Corp. has sold its suspension division to Oxford Automotive, a producer of metal components, assemblies, and modules. The Southfield, Mich.-based suspension group manufactures leaf springs for light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles. The unit also builds suspension products in South America through a joint-venture with Venezuela-based Sivensa.
