Corporate Software & Technology (CS&T) has reduced prices on its help-desk service offer bundles. Easy Advantage Services provides support at the enterprise server, corporate IT help desk and end-user levels. Support for the corporate IT help desk, for instance, is for companies with questions that arise on the help desk, but must be referred to an outside source for answers. CS&T provides support on more than 100 software products, and calls are made to a toll-free number. Prices begin at $690 for 10 incidents.
