Biggest buying problems:

Supplier delays and empty promises. Buyers this month say the biggest buying problem is poor service from suppliers. "The amount of time it takes to get price and availability from a supplier is a real problem," says a buyer in Oceanside, N.Y. "There is a lot of hollow quality-assurance talk from suppliers who should know better," says another buyer.
