The biggest weapon a buyer has in negotiating agreements with software suppliers? An ongoing purchasing team, says Dave Weidenfeld, chief technology counsel, McDonald's Corp. That way the supplier knows that he will be working with the same individuals throughout the entire length of the agreement.
