Capacity Changes

Dow Chemical will expand capacity at it's Plaquemine, La., ethanolamines plant for the third time. Capacity will be increased from 230 million lb/yr to 200 million lb/yr by the end of 1999. Dow has boosted the plants capacity 50% since 1996.
