Corporate Changes

Effective January 1, all North American divisions of Clariant Masterbatches will take the Clariant name. This affects Polymer Color, Resco Colours, and ReedSpectrum. The division's compounding businesses (Bay Resins and PMC) will become Clariant Performance Plastics.
