CAPACITY CHANGES

Air Products will more than double tungsten hexafluoride capacity at its Hometown, Pa., electronic specialty gas facility. The new total capacity of 300,000 lb/yr will become available in the third quarter of 1999. Air Products will also boost capacity for nitrogen trifluoride to 800,000 lb/yr at Hometown, by early 2000. This follows the company's previously announced plans to increase nitrogen trifluoride capacity at the site to 500,000 lb/yr by the end of 1999.
