Elcom International has launched a Web site through which corporate buyers may purchase PCs. The site, elcom.com, provides customers of its Procurement Manager software access to online inventory of Ingram Micro and Tech Data Corp., two big distributors of corporate PCs, with same-day shipping for non-configured systems. elcom.com will provide customer support services. A later version is set to include capability to order office supplies via the Internet.
