Industrial Distribution Partners is purchasing two industrial supply distributors: The Ross-Willoughby Company, Columbus, Ohio, and J. Fegeley & Son Hardware Co., Pottstown, Penn. Ross-Willoughby is a full-line distributor of MRO products and services through 12 locations across Ohio and North Carolina. J. Fegeley has six locations throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland.
