Lexmark restructures and streamlines its organization to better serve its expanding customer base and align its resources with the needs of its global printing solutions business. The company's three operating divisions: Business Printer Division, Consumer Printer Division, and a newly formed Customer Solutions Division now directly report to Paul J. Curlander, chairman and CEO. Lexmark's former Imaging Solutions Division ceases to exist. The new Customer Solutions Division combines Lexmark's aftermarket supplies business with its initiatives aimed at e-commerce and small to medium businesses.
