Look for Samsung to devote more production capacity to Rambus drams. Chip maker's rdrams recently passed Intel's performance validation tests; Samsung says it will up production of 128-/144-megabit rdrams to 5 million per month in second half of this year. By 2001, half of dram market will be Rambus parts.
