Boeing has signed a five-year agreement with Industrial Distribution Group

Boeing has signed a five-year agreement with Industrial Distribution Group, under which the supplier will provide abrasive products to four of the aerospace company's U.S. manufacturing locations. IDG promises to help reduce costs of buying and distributing abrasives for Boeing and to work with the company to develop standardized testing procedures and to analyze its requirements for the commodity. The agreement is IDG's first multisite integrated supply contract.
