Dii buys facility

The Dii Group has announced it will purchase a manufacturing facility from Ericsson in Kindberg, Austria. The plant produces PBX systems and multiplexers. As part of that agreement, Dii will build printed circuit boards and systems for Ericsson, which is expected to result in revenues of about $100 million annually for Dii. Other terms of the deal were not announced.
