Specialty polymers

Chevron Chemical sold its ethylene methyl acrylate (EMAC) and ethylene butyl acrylate (EBAC) product lines to Eastman Chemical Co. Manufacturing facilities are included. Chevron expects to complete the transfer of these products to Eastman by the end of third quarter.
