Plastics

By Staff -- Purchasing, 7/15/1999

Exxon Corp., the largest U.S. oil company, and Dow Chemical Co., the No. 2 U.S. chemicals company, agreed to settle lawsuits alleging each company had infringed upon the other's metallocene technology for plastics.
