Autoliv to buy half of Norma Group AS

The Stockholm-based Autoliv Inc. will buy half of the Estonian Norma Group AS, a dominant seat belt supplier to the Russian vehicle industry. The Estonian seat belt manufacturer has been one of Autoliv's licensees and is now a component supplier to Autoliv.

Autoliv Inc. develops and manu-factures automotive safety systems for manufacturers throughout the world.
