Heatcraft acquires Livernois Engineering Co.

The Texas-based Heatcraft Inc. has acquired Livernois Engineering Co. The Michigan-based Livernois is a manufacturer of equipment and tooling for production of heat exchangers for the automotive industry. Livernois provides engineering support, technical design expertise, brazing technology and pilot production of heat transfer coils for manufacturing needs.

The purchase is the result of a three-year working relationship between both companies.
