Biggest buying problems:

Buyers are having trouble dealing with out of country vendors. "Dealing with out of country vendors is difficult because of excessive leadtimes and their long holidays," says a buyer in Ohio.

Other buyers report problems such as railcar transit times, outguessing customer requirements, and the pricing and availability of polyethylene resins.
