Hoping to lower costs and improve efficiency in production and distribution, Lubrizol Corp. will reduce its Painesville, Ohio, manufacturing plant from 36 to 13 production systems over the next 18 months. Most of the production will be transferred to the company's Deer Park, Texas, facility.
