Lear Corp. completes acquisition of Donnelly Corp. stake

Lear Corp. has completed the acquisition of Donnelly Corp.'s 50% stake in Lear-Donnelly Overhead Systems, L.L.C. LDOS designs and manufactures overhead systems for the automotive industry. Donnelly and the Michigan-based Lear formed the joint venture in 1997. The LDOS product line includes headliners, sun visors, lighting, and overhead consoles.
